Adored in our home, prepared for yours... 1 Peter 1:22 "Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently." Hi, my name is Jamie Corwin. I was asked by the delightful lady designing my website to tell anyone who cares to read this, a little about myself! Wow! Hold onto your seats, I've been given the floor! I live in upstate New York, I am first a believer in Jesus and pray that my life somehow, even in a small way, reflects His glory. My ultimate goal in life is to one day stand in the glorious presence of my Lord and to hear the words, "Well done thou good and faithful servant, thou hast been faithful over a few things..... enter thou into the joy of the Lord." (Matthew 25:21) That is the true cry of my heart. If my life has brought even one soul into the saving grace of God, then I have accomplished so much more than I could ever begin to imagine. Second, I am a wife to my husband Bob, who has shown me just a glimpse of God's love for me, reflected in his enduring patience with me. Believe me, he has been tested and has passed through many fires! Through his constant love for me, he has shown me a fraction of what our Heavenly Father's love must be for His children. Third, I am so thankful to be a mother to three beautiful children who are indeed a blessing and an inheritance from the Lord. They are my second heartbeat. Last, but not least, I breed these beautiful creatures individually designed by God, the gorgeous Persian breed. I have always loved cats in general, and several years ago I bought a brother and sister pair of Himalayans. Eventually, I began to breed the female with a friend's male and fell in love with these beautiful cats. I have since learned much about breeding and have gradually changed over into the Persian line, which I just adore. I love the docile temperment of these cats, and I love the utter joy that they bring into our home. The hardest part of breeding, is parting with any of them. I have yet begun to show these beautiful creatures, and hope to begin in the near future. I have been blessed to abundance with some lovely Persians with wonderful bloodlines, received with gratefulness from Susannah Pincheira (Kissables Persians) and Dena Gustaf (Maraul Persians), as well as a local breeder who trusted me with her best male when she was getting ready to retire from breeding. I am so thankful for these women for entrusting some of their most beautiful cats to me. I am indeed honored. I was told several years ago, when I started breeding that it was always best to pick a favorite color and type (meaning bicolors, solids, etc.) and stick with that. However, as wise as that advice was, I have always had the hardest time following it, because I adore them all! I own a very small cattery, 6 breeding cats in all, but I do offer a variety of colors and types. I am currently breeding Solids, Bi's, Calico's, Tabby's and an occaisional Van. I tend to favor the reds, which you will see the most of, however I do have others available. I currently breed only a few litters per year. This way I can give them the absolute best attention and care that I can, and I will in no way be ashamed to claim them as my own. I tend to adore the strong chin in the Persian, along with the larger round head, and lowset ears. I hope to continue these traits in my lines. The one thing that I do like to pay the most attention to is to breed a kitten that is absolutely adored in our home so that he/she will be the Persian you have always wanted in yours. With that, please enjoy your visit to Pure Heart Persians where they are adored in our home, prepared for yours. Please feel free to leave your paw print in our guestbook as you leave. Thank you for visiting us today! Matthew 5:8 "Blessed are the
pure in heart, for they shall see God."
